Our Basic Monthly Coaching package is perfect for athletes who want a lower touch coaching option.
Basic Monthly Coaching includes:
1 hour intro meeting/ call
Bespoke weekly training schedule, populated in Training Peaks app
Free access to Training Peaks app
Once per week, 15 minute check-in call
Additional basic communication via the Training Peaks app
Our Enhanced Monthly Coaching package is best for athletes who want a bit more support or require extra scheduling flexibility.
Enhanced Monthly Coaching includes:
1 hour intro meeting/ call
Bespoke weekly training schedule, populated in Training Peaks app
Free access to Training Peaks
Twice per week, 15 min check-in call, plus emailing and texting with coach
Unlimited changes per week to schedule
One in-person or zoom gait analysis or form check
One hour long in-person session of choice per month
Personalized hourly training- running, strength or mobility
Do you want a running buddy to get you through a tough workout? In-person coaching on the trail, road or track? A hands-on strength session to level-set and work on form? Someone to analyze your gait? Whatever the coaching need, we can fill it via this single session option.
